Form Connector App is a software-as-a-service solution that enables businesses to integrate and connect form data from Webflow with various software tools and destinations. The terms contained in this Privacy Policy incorporate the Terms of Service, available on this website, or in our app, unless otherwise noted.
We value your privacy and understand its importance to you. This Privacy Policy describes our data practices regarding personal data collection and usage and informs you how we handle your personal data when you use our application and tell you about your privacy rights. By accessing and using our service, you (also “User”) accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement, and any other agreement published on this website, or any website owned and operated by Form Connector App (collectively, the “Policies”). In addition, when using any service provided on this website, or any subsidiary of Form Connector App (“Form Connector” or “Us”), you are subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services, which may be posted and modified at will by Form Connector.
Information We Collect
a. Personal Information: When you register for or use our services, you are opting into and agreeing to allow us to collect personal information such as your name, email address, and contact details. This information is necessary to provide our services and manage your account.

Form Connector may also use your data for legal purposes in order to defend or enforce any legal right Form Connector may have arising from improper use of our site or services.
c. Business Transfers: Your personal information may be transferred if we undergo a merger, acquisition, or asset sale. In the event of a merger, acquisition, or transfer, and a request for deletion has been made by you, all corporate entities will receive such request, and will act appropriately. In the event of discontinuing services due to the deletion of this data, you will lose access to all services provided by all corporate entities under Form Connector (or its successor’s) control.
How We Share Your Information
In cases where it is necessary to integrate with third-party services (like Salesforce and Airtable), we only share the necessary information to facilitate this integration as per your usage of the service. Users must be of legal age and under no disability to consent to a contract in their jurisdiction or in the applicable jurisdiction under which these policies will be enforced. The jurisdiction’s laws which would afford Form Connector the most protection will be the controlling law for any legal actions arising from this clause.
Third-Party Services
As part of the functionality of the App, you may link your Form Connector App account with third-party services. The information obtained during this integration is solely for the purpose described in the settings and instructions of the App, which involve authentication and data mapping to third-party databases.
Cookies and Tracking Technology
Form Connector App uses cookies necessary for authentication and operational functionality, including generating access tokens for secure data integration with third-party services. Cookies may also be used to measure user behavior to help Form Connector improve the app experience for customers.
Data Security
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you enter, submit, or access your personal information.
Data Retention
We will retain your personal information only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use your information to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our policies.
Your Data Protection Rights
While you have certain data protection rights, these rights do not give a user any legal cause of action against Form Connector, nor do they create any duty or liability to any User merely by their existence. In all cases Form Connector retains full power to interpret and enforce these rights, and the final decision will be made by Form Connector. Form Connector retains the final right to approve or deny any User request arising under these rights. Further, Form Connector may periodically erase all personal data stored in the account of a User, except where retention is necessary to comply with governmental regulations or applicable laws. Once User data is erased, the right to access, the right of erasure, the right to rectification and correction, and the right to data portability cannot be enforced after User data has been erased. The User also understands that if they opt out of any section of this Privacy Policy, their experience may be less than ideal while using Form Connector’s services or sites. Form Connector is not liable for any damages, direct, incidental, or otherwise, caused by or related to this experience.
The personal data we collect is limited to what is necessary for the functionality of the App, and we do not provide a direct way to manage cookies settings as they are essential for the app’s operation.
These terms are subject to being updated at any time in the future, and under the terms of this Privacy Policy, Users have the following rights:
Users have the right to withdraw their consent to data processing after they have previously given their consent to the processing of their personal data under other provisions of this Privacy Policy.
Users have the right to object to the processing of their personal data if the processing is carried out on a basis in contravention of this Privacy Policy.
Users have the right to learn if data is being processed by Form Connector, obtain disclosure regarding certain aspects of the processing, and obtain a copy of the data undergoing processing in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, except where doing so may expose Form Connector to criminal or civil liability.
Users have the right to access their data to verify the accuracy of the data and ask for it to be updated where necessary.
Users have the right, under certain circumstances as laid out in the other provisions of this Privacy Policy, to restrict the processing of their data. In this case, Form Connector may still store data, but will not process it for any other purpose.
Users have the right, under the provisions of this Privacy Policy, to obtain the erasure of their personal data from Form Conenctor’s network and systems.
Users have the right to lodge a complaint with Form Connector regarding the practices and provisions in this Privacy Policy or how the User’s data is processed. Form Connector will return an initial response within fourteen (14) business days of receipt.
Data Security and Data Processing Location
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized or unlawful processing and accidental loss, destruction, or damage. However, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. Therefore, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
Form Connector is not responsible for breaches caused by the negligence or actions of a User, including, but not limited to, insecure passwords, re-using passwords on other sites, or breaches resulting from or pertaining to the use of Form Connector services. The User is solely responsible for any security breaches of their systems and Form Connector retains no moral, legal, or other obligation to monitor the Services provided for security or any other form of breach.
Form Connector will process data at our location, and, at our discretion, may process data at remote locations around the world for its representatives, agents, or vendors, and at locations of our internal and public systems. In some cases, the User’s data may be transferred to a country other than the User’s country, depending on the User’s location.
Any third party connections (such as through form data or other formats) may connect the user to sites or services which have their own privacy and acceptable use policies. Form Connector does not control these policies, and all user data sent through third parties is not governed by our Terms of Service or Privacy Policy.
Changes to This Privacy Policy.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time, at our sole discretion. Notice of such changes will be made by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this policy.
Enforcement of this Privacy Policy:
The User agrees and accepts that all provisions set out in this Privacy Policy related to GDPR, CCPA, or any other privacy act not recognized by a court of competent jurisdiction as defined by the Terms and Conditions is a company goal, not a legally enforceable provision. Form Connector is not liable for any provisions that are not mandatory under applicable law, either implicitly or explicitly. Any compensation for breach, if applicable, provided by Form Connector does not waive this enforceability clause, and does not impart any additional legal rights to the User.
